Ip Man: The movie that reignited the spark of Wing Chun for people all over the world. Read how watching movie motivated me to learn Wing Chun. This will be a classic and a must watch for any martial arts fanatic!
Tiger Claw Feiyue Martial Arts Shoes: These are the best martial arts shoes I’ve ever owned. The ones I used to buy would stretch out, fly off when I kick, and were too slippery on smooth surfaces. I use my Feiyues for Wing Chun and at the gym (specifically for squats).
Wing Chun Kung-fu: A Complete Guide: This is the book I use to review my forms. It goes through every form step-by-step with pictures and brief applications for each move.
Portable Wing Chun Dummy: A story about how I developed the first portable Wing Chun dummy. I hope that by sharing my story, I can inspire you and many others to come up with new and innovative ways to train and practice Wing Chun because it all starts with a little idea.
Evernote: A note taking app that I use to jot down my class notes. Available for iOS and Android. The great thing about the app is that it syncs across devices and you can view your notes on your computer. Evernote’s my go to app when I want to write things down.
